Client Focused. Client-Driven.
Each client has an assigned client team. The team is led by an Account Executive (AE) who has primary responsibility and accountability to the employer clients. The AE is supported by a Client Service Manager (CSM) who typically is responsible for day-to-day contact with the client's human resource and/or finance staff. Surrounding the core AE/CSM duo are additional team members who lend their specific areas of expertise to the team. These team members include:
- Manager of Health Care & Benefit Analytics, who tracks the clients' claims exercises, projects future claims trends and renewals, and provides analysis of carrier and reinsurance renewals.
- Ancillary Consultant, who is specialized in life, disability and voluntary products.
- Benefits Administration Consultant, who focuses on technology solutions to support and enhance employee communication and benefits administration processes and procedures.
The client team utilizes the BRG proprietary analytical models to analyze all appropriate data and information in order to facilitate client strategic decision-making. These proprietary models have been structured to streamline analysis to assure timely client delivery and to greatly limit the possibility of analytical errors. All client analysis is checked by at least two team members.
In addition to the core team as outlined above, BRG's senior management of Dan Dorsheimer and Kevin Krause provide quality assurance oversight to client deliverables. The senior management is very active in consultancy and seeks to assure that every client deliverable represents the firm's very best thinking.
